Tim Stevens and Stan Weerkamp wrote an (updated) article for Practical Law which highlights the key actions that must be taken and the key documents that must be produced in preparation for an IPO in the Netherlands.
The article also notes additional considerations that may apply to the IPO of a non-Dutch company. At the end of the article, they provide an indicative timeline for the IPO which applies to both Dutch and non-Dutch companies and they set out common factors that cause timeline delays.
